Currently, I am serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Medallia. I own every aspect of Medallia’s cybersecurity strategy. I lead a global team with functions such as risk management, compliance, product security, enterprise security, offensive security and security operations. My team is responsible for managing cyber risks for Medallia’s products, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. I have over two decades of experience in risk management, product security, corporate IT security, security engineering, and cybersecurity standards. Deep expertise in building security programs rooted in engineering excellence and security innovation.

I was the Head of Corporate/ Enterprise Security at Snowflake, where I built a global corporate security team from the ground up. I led Application and Product Security at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where I managed security of AWS cloud and SaaS services across critical domains such as IAM, AI/ML, Databases, Storage, and Devices. I played a key role in securing AWS’s expansion into consumer devices in the AI/ML space. Earlier in my career, I led mobile security at Visa and security products at Intel.

I am passionate about developing top talent, fostering a security-first culture, leveraging innovative technologies, and delivering results for the business by solving cyber problems.

I hold eight patents in cybersecurity. I advise multiple cybersecurity companies and renowned VC firms on product market fit and thought leadership.

In my spare time, I like to read, write and travel with my family.
